Review of High Output Management

I had this book in my list after reading more about GitLab and Sid Sijbrandij's reading list of important book. It's an old one but I really enjoyed the way it was presented. Many good things in this book should be reflected in how management is done at every level in your company, and what you can do.

Review of 'High Output Management' on 'Goodreads'

Until now I mostly read newish management books written in the recent years and focusing on things like agile and lean.
I had this one on my reading list for a long time, but only came to it this year. And this is a shame, because it is an amazing book.
Even though it is pretty old it didn't really age. You find all the "modern" things like OKRs, one-on-ones, small cycles, lean working, measuring, ... most of them are named differently, but the principles are the same.

Highly recommended for "middle managers", this is not only for the CEOs or CTOs as Andrews states already in the very beginning.
