Review of 'How to make white people laugh' on 'Goodreads'
5 stars
Negin is decisively Iranian-American while I'm Salvadoran-American (yay for us hyphenated Third Things!), but her story brought up a lot of memories of growing up Latino in a community of Armenian-Americans (more hyphenates!). There's a certain melting pot of influences that can only come from spending extended time with people different from yourself.
