Book as a Recap of the TED talk

Rather than reading the book, I'd recommend to watch the TED talk by the author. While the first few chapters about presence are interesting, there is not much content in there. The last few chapters are basically the TED talk repeated. The whole book was filled with references to the TED talk and e-mails by viewers and how it helped them. Having watched the TED talk and having read a few books on the topic, there weren't many additional things to be learnt rather than acting as a reminder.
