I am furious. I have never hated a main character more (except maybe in Little Women). The main character, Dawn, who is sharing her story is self centred, selfish and a disloyal horror. Even when confronted by her husband (long time, 15 years!) for being selfish she denies it. She manages to retain his love and adoration despite every horrible thing she does from suspecting him of having an affair (he doesn't) to telling him is teenage daughter isn't biologically his!! To running all over the world after a 'lost love'; including sleeping with him because ...well 'true love' innit. Actual vile woman, I'm 10% from the end and when she didn't die in the plane crash I was devastated. I am now clinging to the hope Brian murders her. Her poor daughter in all of this is one of the few likeable characters.
