Structurally a bit of a shaggy dog, maybe. But also not nearly as enamored with tech as some of Doctorow’s worst impulses. I enjoyed it.
Reviews and Comments
I mostly read Scifi, Comics, and playscripts. I also consume vast quantities of other media but I probably won't be posting about that here.

Where was I?

Shiga is one of the most creative minds in comics right now, and has been for years. At first I felt like the book was more of a tech demo than anything else, but as I started unlocking the secrets, I found Shiga’s unique blend of horror and comedy and sci-fi, and was glad I did.

I’m confident I’ve found all the good parts.

Mac-who?
4 stars
Early Discworld novels are a little more rough around the edges, it they still have their charms. I’ve skipped the witches books for too long

KevSaund reviewed How To Take Over The World by Ryan North
We should all be supervillains
4 stars
North does a great job of presenting these ideas with his trademark wit. I don’t know if I’ll come back to this one quite as often as How to Invent Everything (a book that literally changed my life in small ways) but I have no hesitation in recommending it.
KevSaund reviewed Love Triangle by Matt Parker
It’s a good book about triangles
Parker succeeds again! This is his third math book about math for a wide audience, and like the others he presents the topics with humor and depth.

KevSaund commented on The Secret by Lee Child (Jack Reacher, #28)
This book describes three people sitting together “in a loose triangle” and I’m sorry, if there’s three people it’s exactly a triangle. You can have a loose square (an irregular quadrilateral), but a triangle is always exact. Three points? It’s a triangle. It maybe be scalene, rather than equilateral, but that’s hardly loose, now is it?
