Good day!

So, basically, it’s cold. 🥶

Probably why Evie the Cat is still in bed.

I’ll walk, vacuum, edit, & monitor the NFL games.

I hunger for another hiking adventure. Birds calling, snow crunching…oh yes. Can’t wait.

Be everwell.

Good day!

By the time I walk this morning it’ll be a balmy 15F (-9.4C). I’ll still stick with winter gear.

Keeping my distance from certain events, yesterday, I instead was able to embrace the magic of editing. It felt great.

It’ll be the same today, but I’ll also draft a blog post—with Evie purring beside me.

Be everwell.

Good day!

Imposed monotony is the mother of burnout.

Sometimes, it helps to remind myself of that fact—like when I’m burned out.

I’ve gifted myself a little time each day to work on a different writing project. Then, I switch back to the Book3 edit. It worked. My productivity soared.

Be everwell.

Good day!

I always say to celebrate even the smallest milestones…

Over my blog’s eleven year history, I’ve had people ask if I’ve published any fiction. Always, I replied, “Not yet.”

Today I replied, “Yes, yes I have.”

Squee…!

Be everwell.

I expected to see this in the iOS health app after my most recent birthday, and I was not disappointed. By selfishly refusing to die, I have gone from Borderline to Above Average in my cardio fitness through no additional effort, nice.
