Hi !

I write sff and/or queer and/or polyamorous and/or romance novels. Most are at least 2 items on that list!

My latest is all four: "A Wolf-Shifter's Pack", a cozy rom-com about dealing with messy relatives and finding romance. https://books2read.com/wolfshifterspack

You can find all my books at: https://ladyrowyn.com/

Mastodon non-monogamous folk, I have a question for y'all! What books do you know that have positive representations of triads and throuples in them? Looking for ones with a variety of genders and also specifically ones with MMM representation.

Please share your treasures (boosts appreciated as well)!

2025-09-01. With many new people here, let's do another round of introductions. Tell us something about yourself and your creativity.

I am a web novelist of Yuri Weird-Tales/Urban-Fantasy Romances. I am working on my third light novel, which is in serialization: "For Love of A Konbini Idol." Now in its 4th volume.

About a woman who falls in love with a cursed ex-idol.

Tagline: Join Ume's family as their relationship develops. In a creepy world where “love” never dies.

3. 8/4-10: Tell us about your flagship work. Add a link to it if you want.

My flagship is whatever major thing I am working on. I hope everything I write is an improvement on the last.

I could go with my erotic story, which is my most popular, but it’s not my best. But it’s reasonable erotica (porn with plot) and wouldn’t interest pure wankers since there is lots of plot. "My Girlfriend Almost Got Me Killed, so We Had Wild Sex."

My flagship, though, is "For Love of a Konbini idol.", the story of a woman who falls in love with a toxic and cursed idol. Shiomi. I am publishing the fourth and concluding volume now. Where hopefully, Ume and her polycule finally defeat Shiomi’s dead lover Mikawa, a woman so possessive she comes back from the grave to claim Shiomi.

Jul 21-27: Introduce yourself and your work. If you want, add a link to where your work can be found.

I imagine most of you know who I am. I am a prolific writer of serialized OG , weird tales, and . All available on AO3 and PIXIV. (When I say prolific, I am still dwarfed by many here.) I write mainly queer fiction, some fetish fiction, poly and families of choice and some with ASD and ace characters. All of which provide me with an umbrella to shelter under.

21. What emotions do you avoid writing? Why?

Hate. My characters run into it, but it is a rare emotion for them to feel and or for me to describe. Because empathy and compassion are important values to me and thus my characters express that. When hate arises, it is a noticeable occurrence.

Jealousy: Because I don't feel that possessiveness is necessary for love or beneficial to it. I write poly characters and, by extension, show that jealousy is not ennobling or required for loving, caring relationships.

First Millennials realized we couldn't afford a single family home.
Then we realized we def couldn't afford kids.
Then a bunch of us realized how incredibly queer and neurodivergent we are.
Then we realized if we started practicing we could pool our income, rent a house, all sleep with each other, and maybe - JUST MAYBE have a stable polycule that could manage to actually run a regular DnD campaign.

It's been fifty years since magery returned to the north. The citizens of the Sharren Accord have enjoyed decades of peace and prosperity.

Giadella Marteen didn't mean to ruin that.

18 The eye of the duck: Share a ‘nonessential’ scene in one of your works that ties the piece together.

Like others, I am puzzled by the idea of nonessential but tying things together. I suppose it scene that could be written around but is primarily there to inform.

The following scene is from the early portion of "Konbini Idol," and sets up characterization for two MCs and rational why Ume is looking for a girlfriend when she is married.
