When the KKK tried to steal the 1872 presidential election by killing and intimidating Black voters, federal troops swept in and arrested hundreds of Klansmen, and the new Department of Justice secured convictions in 140 cases.

That same law is now being used to prosecute , as the basis of the 4th count of special counsel Jack Smith's indictment

So, the Dutch government fell because of a racist deflection (lies about the number of expected refugees) based on decades of racist policies (gutting all kinds of refugee facilities, supporting the deadliest border in the world) while the real reasons are conveniently covered up. This is going to be an ugly summer of even more vicious racist campaigns.

And, very likely an all heil to the new Cabinet Rutte V with agro-industry party BBB I guess. 🤡

The new leadership of the State Historical Association only wants our state's to reflect certain people's stories.

Can we stop using mental illness as a label when talking about police brutality and white supremacy?

No, they aren't psychopaths. They're racists.

They aren't sociopaths. They're racists.

They aren't narcissists. They're racist.

If you label them as being mentally ill, you're:
a) being shitty towards those of us with mental illness

b) giving them an excuse for their bullshit.

Please stop it.

“All the trends that McVeigh embodied—the political , the obsession with gun rights, the search for like-minded allies, and above all the embrace of violence—came together under the forty-fifth president.”

Though his reputation is tarnished by scandal, Jeffrey Toobin's created the definitive biography of the Oklahoma City bomber, which roots his story in the Siege, writes @drdrbrockman:
