Lie of the Tiger
The old men are at it again, aren’t they? Trying to fool tourists into believing the Tasmanian Tiger isn’t extinct after all. No wonder former mayor James Northan is furious. He owns the only legal dog in town—and he’s damn sure that little white mutt isn’t the mystery animal drawing crowds to the Windy Mountain Tasmanian Tiger Museum.
The trouble begins when an Irishman calling himself Paddy takes charge of the museum. Turns out, he’s not who the townsfolk think he is… but he’s not quite who he says he is, either.
One thing is clear to the rheumy eyes of the two meddling octogenarians, Wish-Wash and Oodles: the odds are unfairly stacked against him. So they decide to break a ridiculous law. If they can "prove" the extinct Tasmanian Tiger is alive, maybe they can turn the tables—and cause a bit of mayhem along the way.
