Good, But Disturbing - Which May Be the Whole Point!

So, CW here, I guess for the manga - I have a "phobia" with seeing animals hurt or in distress. The manga starts with the mother and then small child finding a dead cat during one of their walks in the street. So, for me, we get off to a rocky start.
The art is good, although there are times when it is difficult to tell some of the characters apart. The story is well paced.
I may continue this, yes, but I may prioritize "What Did You Eat Today?" and "A Man and his Cat."
