During some passages it was great [mainly emotion-wise], during others too foreseeable - and the changes in the chapters were too abrupt for me. Comparable to "Love, actually" [which I liked lots!] but therefore felt slightly outdated despite the modern content. So overall it's an "OK" for me which means
Having had The Greatest Granny of All Time, I really enjoyed Leena and Eileen's relationship and their switch adventures. Both Leena and Eileen make new friends of each other's friends and neighbors during the switch. Some of those are great fun, too.
I think I liked O'Leary's The Flatshare just a tiny bit more; but, who cares? Both provide nice relationship-driven stories. This was a much-needed (mostly) upbeat reading experience.
