Review of 'The culture code' on 'Goodreads'

One line summary: “Build safety, share vulnerabilities and establish purpose”.
I really enjoyed this book.
It takes some simple messages and brings them close with real world examples.
The examples give a good insight why the ideas might work and how they can be implemented in different environments.
I come from a software engineering background and the chapters about creative teams are very relatable.
