This is not a soft book. This book tugs at the parts of me that survived abusive family, exboyfriends, cancer... That has lost jobs for speaking up against "those jokes".
I adored it. It's about the power women (and yes this book means ALL WOMEN) have when they come together against their oppressor.
I think I need to go read it again...
Been "reading" this for more than a year now. I really enjoyed it, I liked the story, I also liked the characters... I just stopped reading it one day? No idea why, maybe it just wasn't the right time. I'll give it another try at some point, I think.
Still recommend it if you like witches, feminism, and sly humor.
