Review of 'Handle with care' on 'Goodreads'

Yet another Jodi Picoult book that revolves around a child who is ill. This bears too many similarities to My Sister's Keeper for my liking. The plot, the characters, and the twists. Pretty much everything.

Of all the characters, I seemed to be drawn to Amelia. She was the most relatable and some of her scenes may have made me shed a tear or two.

It was really hard to relate to Charlotte for some reason. Sean was a stubborn ass. Piper was interesting. Marin's sub plot was useless. I had trouble relating to Willow. The court scene wasn't as I expected.

This book would be a nice read on a summer day but it's forgettable and could be easily mixed up with My Sister's Keeper. If you're a hard core Jodi fan, you may just read it for the sake of saying that you've read one more of her …
